For our customer, based in Berlin, we are looking for a full-time IT system administrator (m/f/d). The position can also be carried out in the home office for up to 60% of the time.

Tasks

• You are the contact person for all internal IT questions from your colleagues and also for the partner florists who use various company applications.
• In this context, you are responsible for the Microsoft-based workplace infrastructure, both hardware and software.
• You are responsible for optimizing processes (e.g. software distribution).
• You are responsible for analyzing incidents and developing solutions or workarounds.
• You design and further develop our IT infrastructure.
• You control our service providers.
• You lead and actively participate in projects.
• You will take on administrative tasks as part of IT support.

requirements

• You have training as an IT specialist or relevant professional experience in the area of ​​system administration.
• You have relevant professional experience in the area of ​​system administration.
• You enjoy the further development of our internal network and application infrastructure.
• You have experience in the areas of workstations, images, license management and software distribution.
• You have good knowledge of operating system distribution, patch and security management.
• You have know-how in the areas of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• You have very good knowledge of German (at least C1 according to the European Framework of Reference for Languages).
